Open House & Creativity Workshop - Bangkok

On 3rd July 2010, Raffles Bangkok held an open house to provide guidance to high school students on how to choose their career pathway. The main purpose of the event was to introduce students to the various programs offered by Raffles. They first got a brief introduction to the international environment of Raffles. After which, our Academic Director, Mr Jean‐Baptiste gave the students a guideline of what they can expect for their career and how choosing each program can help shape their future differently. Subsequently, Raffles also invited 3 students and 1 alumnus to share their experience studying in Raffles together with Mr Jean‐Baptiste. Among which we have:




At the end of the already prolonged sharing session, the attendees requested for more time with the alumnus and current students, and they grouped around and had a good chat for another 20mins. After some refreshments, students were given an introduction to the Creativity Workshop, by our lecturers, before separating into different classrooms.



This event also attracted journalist from Eduzones, the number one Thai education website portal, to do a write‐up on their magazine. The students went home satisfied and well informed about the education options that Raffles can provide. A feedback session done with the students at the end, produce the results of excellent or good for all the sessions. Lastly we would also like to thank Mr Jean‐Baptiste, Ms Darin, Ms Julia, Mr Low and Mr Sonny for running the successful workshops.
